Aly Rose is the Creator of the ONE Show. As an artist and choreographer, she loves to integrate dance, film and flight. Her most recent work has been shown at the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Hall, the Power Station of Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art MoCA, the Long Museum, the West Bund Art Center, the Glass Museum of Shanghai, and the ShanghART Gallery.
Her large choreographed works could be seen at the Opening of the Temple of Light in Chile 2016, the Closing of the Shanghai Expo 2010, at the Opening of the Beijing Olympics 2008, the Times Square New Year’s Ball Drop 2014, at the 798 Dashanzi International Art Festival in 2006.

The ONE Team's Head Engineer is Bill Gorlin, the Entertainment Division Chief of McLaren. He is responsible for our engineering design, manual and computerized analysis, and project development. Throughout his 26 year career, he has engineered and overseen thousands of projects involving show action equipment, stage sets, theatrical rigging, entertainment venues, roller coasters as well as architectural theming. Among these are the complex heavy stage equipment for the Superbowl, Spider-Man, U2, LiveNation, Tommy Hilfiger, Cirque Du Soleil, and the Rolling Stones.
Steve Colley is currently Head of Automation and Rigging at The Royal National Theatre.
For over 2 years, Steve was the Head Aerial Technician of “The Millennium Dome Show” but he New Millennium Experience Company (NMEC). Following his work with NMEC, he went on as Head of Special Projects with ESG for over 7 years. After NMEC, Steve worked with the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group as Production Head of Rigging and Automation and Technical Director for “The House of Dancing Water”, produced in Macau. In addition to Steve’s many functions as Designer, Director, and Head of Automation and Rigging, his largest client is the Olympic Games. In 2012, Steve was hired as the Aerial Performance Consultant for the London Olympic Games Ceremonies, in 2014 for the Sochi Olympic Games Ceremonies and 2016 for Singaporean National Day.
Jen has more than 18 years combined experience in live events, which included handling day-to-day accounting for Live Nation New York, their largest market as well as hands on project management experience and experiential marketing productions and logistics.
As the Director of Accounting for the North East Region, while overseeing all accounting policies and procedures, she also helped to set up and settle over 1000 shows over various size venues. A few examples are The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Annual Festival, The Bamboozle Festival, Gavin Friday Event at Carnegie Hall, and the Lady Gaga HBO special show.
John Munro is the CEO of Immersive, a company and studio focused exclusively on creating iconic world firsts in Art, Architecture, Theatre, Museums, Advertising, and Live Events.
Having completed projects for Foster + Partners, Bentley, Dubai Expo 2020, BMW, Qatar Foundation, Samsung, Greenpeace, FIFA, Tate, just to name a few, we are thrilled to collaborate with John for the ONE Show.
Immersive works also in creative coding, camera tracking, live video playback AI media server, bringing media servers to make the projected content interactive and can control the playback of all the content assets for our live broadcast TV show.
