The ONE Show is a large-scale, multi sensory performance told in four acts — Sound, Light, Movement, and Flight — blending technology, art, and dance  to tell a universal story of interconnection. Featuring over 100 artists from across the globe, it brings together drumming, holography, light, and first-time aerial artistry to explore what unites us. Each performance is both a show and a statement: that creativity can illuminate our shared humanity.

One Management Group (OMG, LLC) develops and produces The ONE Show and its global ecosystem of creative and cultural ventures. Currently in its pre-funding phase, OMG, LLC is building a values-led network of investors and strategic partners to bring this $30M–$35M production to life on an international scale.

The Opportunity

This is a pioneer role — designed for a visionary builder who believes that culture can redefine capital. As Chief Strategy & Investment Officer, you’ll shape the financial and strategic future of The ONE Show, leading the capital campaign, building investor relationships, and structuring the global growth model. Working side by side with the Producer/CEO, you’ll help translate creative ambition into a sustainable, high-impact enterprise that fuses art, innovation, and global collaboration. This is not just an executive position. It’s a chance to change the entertainment landscape — to help establish a new model where artistic integrity, strategic capital, and shared humanity coexist at scale.

What You’ll Build

​

·       Capital Vision: Lead the fundraising design and execution of the show’s $30M–$35M investment strategy, including private equity, strategic partnerships, and aligned sponsorships.

·       Investor Ecosystem: Cultivate relationships with forward-thinking investors who value both financial and cultural returns.

·       Strategic Framework: Build systems for transparency, growth, and long-term scalability within One Management Group’s production model.

·       Creative Synergy: Work closely with the creative and executive teams to align capital milestones with artistic vision and production timelines.

·       Global Impact: Position The ONE Show as a cultural and financial benchmark — a new kind of global experience that merges innovation with meaning.

Who You Are

·       A strategic thinker with 10+ years in investment strategy, entertainment finance, or large-scale fundraising.

·       Experienced in  raising and structuring multi-million-dollar capital investments.

·       Entrepreneurial, innovative, and comfortable leading from inception.

·       Deeply aligned with creative industries and motivated by cultural impact.

·       A builder — someone who thrives in the space between vision and execution.

Compensation

​

This is a founding executive role during the pre-funding phase.
